We'll arrange a maximum 30-minute distance interview in either Finnish or English. Perfect language skills not necessary, so long as you can tell us about your current life situation and what work experience you have. If you don't trust your own language skills, not to worry, an interpreter can aid you for the interview. During the interview you can ask about different vacancies, wages, living arrangements and travelling to Finland. After the intial interview you can decide whether you are still intrested in working in Lapland!
